Endura Symposium 2026: A look back at two inspiring days in Naples

On March 12–13, Endura welcomed clients, partners, and experts to Naples for the first edition of the Endura Symposium, a two day event designed to strengthen relationships, foster open dialogue, and showcase the future of PBO-based innovation in Pest Control. 

Hosted at the iconic Grand Hotel Parker’s, the Symposium focused on PBO and PBO Prime, two cornerstones of Endura’s technical leadership.

The event’s goal was clear: 

• Fostering relationships by creating an exclusive environment for discussion, knowledge sharing, and direct collaboration. 

• Showcase Endura’s identity as an integrated, forward-looking team committed to delivering reliable, market-oriented solutions. 

A Program Built on Knowledge, Innovation, and Collaboration 

The opening session introduced the strategic role of PBO, with a corporate overview of Endura’s activities, including the chemical hub in Ravenna, followed by indepth technical presentations on synthetic PBO, resistance management, efficacy data, and regulatory insights from our experts and guest speakers.   

Guests then explored PBO Prime, its differentiating features, and the customer-oriented benefits it brings in terms of performance, efficiency, logistics, and future-proofing. The event culminated in interactive sessions with Regulatory Affairs, R&D, and Sales, gathering valuable feedback and exploring partnership opportunities.  

A Shared Experience Beyond the Meeting Room 

In addition to the scientific and business-focused agenda, participants enjoyed moments of informal networking, right from welcome lunch to the evening pizza lesson overlooking the city, strengthening both personal and professional connections. The second day closed with a dedicated session on innovation, followed by a guided tour of historic Naples.
