Endura Publishes Its 2025 Sustainability Report

Endura Sustainability Report 2025

Our 2025 Sustainability Report is now available, marking another important step in Endura’s journey toward sustainable growth, innovation, and responsible business practices. Based on the VSME reporting framework, the report provides a transparent overview of how Endura continues to create value while addressing environmental, social, and governance challenges across its business and value chain.

In a year characterised by evolving sustainability expectations and increasing attention to public health and environmental responsibility, Endura remained focused on turning commitments into tangible actions. One of the most significant milestones was the commissioning of a photovoltaic system at the Ravenna production site, supporting the gradual transition toward renewable energy and reinforcing the company's long-term approach to energy efficiency

Innovation continues to play a central role in Endura’s sustainability strategy. During 2025, the company further strengthened its position as a global leader in Piperonyl Butoxide (PBO) through the development of PBO Prime, an advanced high-purity grade designed to reduce impurities, enhance performance, and contribute to more sustainable pest control formulations. This reflects Endura’s ongoing commitment to combining technological excellence with environmental responsibility.

The report also highlights meaningful progress in operational sustainability. Compared with the previous reporting period, Endura reduced its energy consumption and achieved lower water usage across its operations, demonstrating a continued focus on resource efficiency and environmental performance. At the same time, the company strengthened its environmental monitoring systems, governance processes, and cybersecurity framework, including initiatives related to NIS2 compliance and risk management

People remain at the heart of Endura’s growth journey. During 2025, the company increased training investments, enhanced employee development programs, and continued to build a workplace culture focused on wellbeing, engagement, and professional growth. These efforts culminated in Endura receiving Great Place to Work® certification, an important recognition of the company’s commitment to creating a positive and rewarding working environment.

As global challenges such as climate change, resource management, and vector-borne diseases continue to shape the future, Endura remains committed to delivering innovative solutions that help protect public health while generating long-term value for customers, employees, communities, and the environment.
