ENclusive Club: Endura’s New Approach to Equity and Collaboration

At Endura, we believe that equity, collaboration, and shared ownership are fundamental to building a workplace where people feel valued, empowered, and engaged. In line with this vision, and inspired by insights from our recent Great Place to Work survey, we have launched the ENclusive Club, a company initiative designed to strengthen participation and foster a culture of collective innovation.

A Project Born from Feedback and Driven by People

The ENclusive Club is created to give every colleague the opportunity to express ideas, propose improvements, and contribute directly to shaping Endura’s future. By inviting employees from different teams to collaborate, the initiative aims to bring forward diverse perspectives and spark meaningful change across the organization.

This shared space is designed not only to support creativity but also to reinforce our sense of belonging. Working together and learning from one another allows us to build a stronger, more inclusive Endura, one where every idea is listened to, discussed, and valued.

The project is strongly championed by our CEO, who believes that the strength of Endura lies in its people and in the ability to innovate collectively.
