Based on broad laboratory and field tests, SALTIDIN® shows sustainable effectiveness against the following species:
Mosquitoes: Aedes aegypti, Aedes taeniorhynchus, Aedes albopictus, Culex quinquefasciatus, Culex pipiensfatigans, Anophelesstephensi, Anopheless inensis, Anopheles dirus
Flies: Musca domestica, Stomoxys calcitrans, Simulium venustum, Tabanidae.
Ticks: Ixodes ricinus, Ioxdes scapularis (damini), Ripicephalus sanguineus.
Other insects:: Biting midges/No-see-ums, Culicoides spp, worm parasites, ants and cockroaches.
Soluble in most organic solvent,
including alcohols used in topical
application products.
SALTIDIN® is an excellent repellent for use in topic treatment on skin against a lot of biting insect and against arachnids as a tick.
SALTIDIN® is used in a wide range of product for skin protection as lotion, aerosols, emulsions and wipes.
Compatible with most of the actives, solvents and coformulants normally used in the manufacturing of products. Avoid exposure to heat and ignition source. Incompatible with oxidizing materials.
It is recommended that SALTIDIN® be stored in a dry, closed container at temperatures not exceeding 100°F (38°C).
When stored under these conditions, the shelf life of he bulk SALTIDIN® is a minimum of 3 years from the date of manufacture. Compatible with plastic material. Non corrosive.
