    PROPERTIES

    CYFLUTHRIN is an effective photostable synthetic pyrethroid insecticide with killing effect on a broad spectrum of insects such as flies, mosquitoes, cockroaches, ants, bed bugs, carpet beetles and silverfish.

    CYFLUTHRIN is extraordinarily effective even at very low concentration against both flying and crawling insects. As for other synthetic pyrethroids, the efficacy of CYFLUTHRIN is enhanced when combined with Piperonyl Butoxide.

    APPLICATIONS

    Thanks to its killing and residual effect, CYFLUTHRIN is prefered for crawling insects, but is also effective against flying ones. The most recommended uses of CYFLUTHRIN are in aerosol and liquid formulations.

    COMPATIBILITY, STABILITY,
    STORAGE AND HANDLING

    CYFLUTHRIN is compatible with most of the actives, solvents and co-formulants normally used in the manufacturing of insecticidal products, including Piperonyl Butoxide, which also has excellent solvency power on pyrethroids.

    CYFLUTHRIN is sensitive to alkalis and strong acids, which rapidly hydrolyse the substance. When kept in the original sealed drums and properly stored, CYFLUTHRIN has a shelf life of at least 2 years from the manufacturing date. For prescribed handling, storage conditions, disposal and transport information, refer to the relevant Safety Data Sheet (SDS).

    PACKAGING

    CYFLUTHRIN is supplied in internally epoxy-phenolic lacquered UN approved steel drums.
