On June 24 and 25, 2026, Endura took another important step in its commitment to fostering an inclusive and people-centered workplace by hosting the Fempowerment Workshop, a dedicated development program designed specifically for women within the organization.
The initiative is part of ENclusive Club, Endura’s internal program focused on inclusion, participation, and shared growth, developed in collaboration with Wise Growth, a partner specialized in leadership development and human sustainability.
The Fempowerment Workshop was created to provide a space where women could reflect on their professional journey, strengthen their confidence, and develop tools to navigate workplace challenges more effectively.
