Ecosyn
Endura is the coordinator of the “Ecofriendly synergists for insecticide formulations (Ecosyn)” project (http://ecosyn.eu/), financed by the European Union as part of the 7th Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development. The project was aimed at studying the synthesis of new synergists for agricultural and public hygiene applications capable of restoring the efficacy of insecticides while at the same time reducing the effect of pesticides on beneficial insects. The outcome of the project is very positive and has set the background for additional investigations on certain compounds.
Made in Italy
Endura is a participant in a project called “Made in Italy” financed by the Italian Ministry of Industry. The project is focused on the development of textiles containing natural active ingredients to repel insects. Different technologies are under evaluation, including microencapsulation.
