Endura is proud to announce a significant milestone in its strategic growth: the official start of Transfluthrin production at the Endura Ravenna Plant in Italy. This development marks an important step forward following the exclusive distribution agreement finalized with Envu in September 2024, enabling Endura to reinforce its position as a reliable partner in the global pest control industry.
The launch of in house production is not only a technological milestone but also a reassurance for customers across Europe. In December 2024, ECHA formally approved Endura’s inclusion in the active substances and suppliers list (Article 95 list) under the Biocidal Products Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 528/2012 ), validating Endura as an authorized supplier of Transfluthrin in the EU. This ensures compliance, security of supply, and a streamlined regulatory pathway for Endura’s partners.
Customers can expect tangible benefits that improve both operational efficiency and product development:
1. Comprehensive Portfolio
Endura now offers an even broader spectrum of active ingredients and technical solutions tailored to diverse pest control needs. This expanded portfolio allows customers to select the right molecule for each formulation, ensuring flexibility and improved product performance.
2. Single Point of Reference
With Transfluthrin production consolidated internally, customers can streamline procurement, simplify documentation, and rely on a unified partner for technical, regulatory, and supply chain support. Our integrated approach reduces complexity and accelerates decision making.
3. Enhanced Support and Technical Expertise
Producing Transfluthrin in-house enhances Endura’s ability to provide dedicated and specialized support, from formulation guidance and technical assistance to regulatory consulting. This ensures that every partner receives the highest level of service and expertise throughout the lifecycle of their products.
With a well-established presence in the Chemical Hub of Ravenna, Endura continues to invest in capabilities that support long-term customer success.
Transfluthrin, known for its high efficacy at low concentrations, heat stability, and suitability for multiple application formats, plays an important role in modern household and professional pest control.
As the company expands its technical capabilities and product offerings, Endura continues to place customers at the center of its strategy, ensuring they benefit from innovation, compliance, and dependable service at every step.
